Many runners know they should be doing strength work, balance training and mobility exercises, but often aren't sure where to start. That's exactly why we created Run Foundations.
This is a supportive 4-week educational course that will teach you the fundamentals of strength training for runners in a friendly, small-group environment.
It's not about lifting heavy weights.
It's not about being the fastest runner.
It's about helping you build a stronger, more resilient body so you can enjoy running for longer.
What a session looks like?
Week 1
Why runners need strength training + Squat & Hinge Fundamentals
Learn why strength training matters and master two key movement patterns every runner should know.
Week 2
Single-Leg Strength, Balance & Stability
Improve balance, control and confidence to support your running.
Week 3
Calf Strength, Power & Force Absorption
Build stronger calves and learn how to better tolerate the demands of
running.
Week 4
Putting It All Together
Create a simple full-body runner-strength routine and learn how strength training can fit around your running week.
