Movement Foundations is a beginner strength training programme in Norwich designed for people who feel unsure in gyms and want to build confidence, strength and proper technique. Delivered at The Box, at The Nest in Norwich, intentioanlly away from the busy gym floor, with all the equipment needed, plus the use of the fantastic LU Interactive Wall, for warm ups with a twist!

Movement Foundations is small group personal training. You'll be coached through every movement with guidance tailored to you, while training in a small group that makes it more accessible than one to one personal training.

You won’t be expected to remember lots of instructions or keep up with fast-paced formats. Instead, the focus is on helping you feel settled, capable, and consistent — so training becomes something you can actually maintain, not something that feels like another pressure.
