Movement Progressions is designed for people who have already started building confidence with movement and strength training and are ready for the next step.
 

Whether you've completed Movement Foundations or already have some experience with exercise, this programme helps you continue developing strength, balance, coordination and confidence in a supportive small-group environment. There are no bootcamps, no intimidating gym culture and no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
 

Instead, you'll be coached through progressive strength and movement sessions that help you feel stronger, move better and become more confident in what your body can do.

What To Expect

Each session is coached by an experienced Exercise Referral Specialist and delivered in a small group setting.
 

Sessions include:
 

  • A guided warm-up

  • Strength and movement coaching

  • Individual exercise adaptations where needed

  • Balance, mobility and stability work

  • Progressions tailored to your confidence and ability
     

The emphasis remains on quality movement, not intensity.

Small groups allow you to benefit from professional coaching while enjoying the encouragement and accountability that comes from training alongside others.

You'll receive guidance, feedback and support throughout every session while still progressing at your own pace.

This relaxed, supportive session gives you the opportunity to experience my coaching style, meet other participants and explore some of the key movement patterns we use in our programmes.
 

It also allows me to get to know you, understand your goals and help determine whether Movement Foundations or Movement Progressions would be the best fit for your current stage.
 

Some people benefit from starting with Foundations to build confidence and learn the fundamentals.

Others may already be ready for Progressions if they have previous experience with exercise, strength training or have completed coaching elsewhere.
