Recover with Theresa is the next chapter in your Move Reset journey, building on the foundations you've created during Reset. Over six weeks, we'll explore breathwork, relaxation and nervous system regulation in greater depth, helping you develop a stronger connection with your body and a better understanding of what you need to feel balanced and restored. This is your opportunity to continue making space for yourself, deepen the practices you've already learned and discover how to bring more calm, resilience and recovery into everyday life. Because looking after yourself isn't something you do for six weeks, it's something you deserve to keep doing.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All bookings are made via the online booking system. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been made. As this is a small group personal training programme with limited spaces, booking in advance is required to secure your sessions. Cancellations & Missed Sessions A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used • Missed sessions (no-shows) will be counted as used Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to the group. Waitlist If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, it will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Illness & Exceptional Circumstances If you are unwell or something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible. While extensions or adjustments are not guaranteed, I will always aim to be fair and reasonable where possible.
