Movement Foundations

Movement Foundations is a calm, supported route into strength training for people who want to build confidence, learn the basics properly, and feel more comfortable moving their body.
 

It is ideal if you feel intimidated by gym environments, want more guidance before moving into independent training, or would benefit from a small group setting that focuses on technique, confidence, and steady progress.
 

For those who feel overwhelmed by traditional gym settings or struggle with focus and consistency, ADHD-informed coaching is available within Movement Foundations. This offers a calmer, more structured approach with clear guidance, simple progressions, and an environment designed to feel manageable and supportive.
 

You will learn key movement patterns, understand how to progress safely, and build strength in a way that feels realistic, consistent, and sustainable.

1 to 1 Personal Training

This is the best place to start if you want hands on support, coaching on technique, accountability, and a programme tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. This is ideal if you want help to build confidence, improve technique, train safely, or have a coach guide you step by step.

Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid Coaching combines a personalised training plan with ongoing support and a monthly in person session. It is ideal if you want structure, accountability, progression, and regular coaching, but do not need multiple in person sessions each week. Includes programming, monthly coaching, weekly check ins, and lifestyle support.

Structured Programming

This is for people who feel comfortable training independently but want a clear, professional programme designed around their goals, experience, and available equipment. It is a good option if you want direction, progression, and a proper plan to follow without ongoing in person coaching.

If you have a medical condition, injury history, low confidence, or need a more carefully adapted route into exercise, I can help. As an Exercise Referral Specialist, I offer coaching that is thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to your needs with care and professionalism.

If you are brand new, nervous, or want hands on support, start with 1 to 1 Personal Training. If you would feel more comfortable starting in a small group, away from a traditional gym environment, Movement Foundations is a great first step.

If you feel overwhelmed by gyms or struggle with focus and consistency…You may benefit from ADHD-informed coaching This is delivered through Movement Foundations or 1:1 sessions, with a calmer, more structured approach.

If you want a mix of in person coaching and structured independent training, choose Hybrid Coaching. If you are happy training on your own but want a clear plan, go for Structured Programming. If you have a health condition, injury history, or want a more supported starting point, begin with a Consultation and I will guide you from there.
