Movement Foundations Tasters Sold Out… So I’ve Added More

When I first released the Movement Foundations taster sessions, I honestly didn’t know what to expect.

I knew there was a gap.I knew there were people who wanted to start strength training but didn’t feel comfortable walking into a gym.I knew there were people who had tried before, lost confidence, and didn’t know where to begin again.

But I didn’t know how quickly it would resonate.

The original taster sessions filled much faster than I anticipated.Messages came in from people who felt unsure, overwhelmed, out of place in gyms, or simply ready to do something for themselves again — but needed the right environment to start.

That’s exactly why Movement Foundations exists.

  • It’s not about throwing you into a class and hoping you keep up.It’s not about intensity, pressure, or “pushing through”.

  • It’s about giving you a calm, structured starting point.

  • Small group coaching.

  • Clear guidance.

  • Simple, repeatable movements.

  • A space where you can actually learn what you’re doing and build confidence as you go.

Because of the demand, I’ve now added additional taster sessions to give more people the opportunity to try it.

These sessions are designed to let you experience the environment, the coaching, and the pace — without any pressure to commit.

If you’ve been thinking about starting but haven’t felt ready for a gym, this is exactly where you begin.

What to expect from a taster session

  • A calm, welcoming environment

  • Clear coaching and simple structure

  • No pressure to keep up

  • A chance to ask questions and understand how it all works

Next steps

If you’d like to try a session or find out more

, you can now book onto one of the newly added dates by clicking here.

Spaces are still limited to keep the groups small and coached properly.

Or, if you’re not quite sure yet, you’re always welcome to reach out and ask questions first. This has already been a really positive response, and I’m excited to open it up to more people.
