Norwich United Under 11 Strength & Conditioning Session at The Nest

A one-off Strength & Conditioning session for Norwich United Under 11s will be taking place at The Box at The Nest on Tuesday 14th April at 6pm.

Delivered by Vicki Hall, Movement & Strength Coach, this session is designed to support young players in building strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and engaging environment.


What makes this session different

This isn’t about heavy lifting or intense training.

It’s about helping young players:

  • Move well and with control

  • Build strength safely using age-appropriate exercises

  • Improve balance, coordination, and stability

  • Feel more confident in their bodies

All in a way that complements their football, not replaces it.


Introducing the LU wall

The session will also make use of The Nest’s LU interactive wall, bringing an extra layer of energy and engagement to the session.

This allows players to develop:

  • Reaction speed

  • Coordination

  • Movement awareness

…all while keeping the session fun and interactive.


A positive first experience of strength training

For many players, this will be their first introduction to structured strength and conditioning.

The session is designed to be:

  • Supportive

  • Engaging

  • Easy to follow

  • Focused on learning, not pressure
